3. Product Information & Made-to-Measure Services

  • All garments are made-to-measure and manufactured based on the specifications you provide. All products are made in Shanghai, China.

  • Please ensure that all measurements submitted are accurate. We are not liable for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete measurements provided by you.

  • Product images on the Site are for illustrative purposes only; actual colors, fabrics, or details may vary.

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in USD  and include shipping unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of order using the payment methods provided on the Site.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or regulatory restrictions under Indonesian law.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped directly from our partner factories to your designated address using international couriers from DHL.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, force majeure events, or other conditions outside our control.

  • Any import duties, taxes, or charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

6. Returns & Alterations

  • Due to the made-to-measure nature of our garments, returns or refunds are generally not available.

  • If there is a defect in material or workmanship, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We may, at our discretion, offer alterations, replacements, or partial refunds.

  • Customers are responsible for any alteration costs unless otherwise agreed.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of PT BENUA HIJAU or its licensors.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

8. Privacy Policy (Indonesia PDPA Adaptation)

  • We collect personal information (e.g., name, contact details, measurements) solely for the purpose of providing our made-to-measure services.

  • Your personal data will be stored and processed in accordance with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (Indonesia).

  • We will not sell, rent, or disclose your information to third parties except where required by law or necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., sharing with shipping couriers).

  • You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or our products.

  • Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price of the garment in question.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

  • Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the District Court of Central Jakarta (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat).
